GHRP-2 peptide (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2, or growth hormone releasing peptide) affects the pituitary and hypothalamus, stimulating the natural production of growth hormone. It consists of 6 amino acids linked in a serial chain.

Dosing and storage of GHRP-2 peptide

In many sources, you can read that for best effect, GHRP-2 peptide should be taken at a dose of 1-2 mcg per kg of body weight, up to three times per day. At the same time, it is worth remembering that you should pay attention first of all to the recommendations of the manufacturer of the substance, and if you have additional doubts, consult them with your doctor, for example.

Before administration, the peptide should be mixed with distilled water, in the ratio of 5 mg to 2 ml of water. All steps involved should be done extremely gently. Thus, the water should not be poured too rapidly, rather, it should flow down the walls of the bottle in a slow stream.

For full and proper dissolution of the peptide, the bottle should be turned (rolled) without haste between the fingers, with smooth movements, without shaking. The finished solution should be stored in the refrigerator and used within about 30 to 35 days.

Preparation is injected subcutaneously using an insulin syringe, injecting into the abdominal region. The first injection is best done 30-60 minutes before the first meal, the next one during or after training, and the last one 2-3 hours after the last meal, such as just before going to bed. After each injection, it is mandatory to avoid eating for at least half an hour.

If you want to increase the dose of GRHP-2 peptide, you need to take into account your fitness level. Intermediate users can start with two injections, while three doses every eight hours are recommended for advanced users. However, under no circumstances should you exceed the optimal daily dose (200mcg), as this may result in an unwanted increase in cortisol and prolactin.

After 3 months of treatment, it is also worth taking a break, lasting no less than 2 weeks.
